Why direct selling is often the better solution
A classic sale through an estate agent involves a property listing, viewings with various interested parties, a commission, and often at the end, a buyer whose financing is not yet confirmed. We purchase for our own inventory. This means: no commission for you, no financing contingency, no external marketing – and a single point of contact who remains the same until the notary appointment.
