Rosenbaum Group was founded as a family business and is a sustainability-driven real estate company with a clear focus on the region of Central Germany. Here we continuously acquire residential and mixed-use buildings, apartment buildings and selected commercial properties. Following acquisition, the properties are refurbished where required and then held in our portfolio for the long term. Since inception we have recorded continuous growth, accompanied among other things by the gradual expansion of our business activities.
