To the contact form

R & R Holding GmbH (hereinafter “Rosenbaum Group”) is committed to making this website accessible. The requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the associated ordinance (BFSGV), the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and the success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at conformance level AA are authoritative for us.

Scope

This statement applies to the website published at rosenbaum-group.de, including all sub-pages – in particular the “Acquisitions”, “Track Record” and “Company” sections – as well as the forms embedded there for making contact and for submitting property offers.

Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out above. The deviations are listed in the following section. This assessment is based on a self-evaluation; no review by an independent body has been carried out to date.

Non-accessible content

The following content and functions are currently not accessible, or only partially accessible:

  • Skip link to main content: No skip link is available that would allow keyboard users to bypass the navigation (WCAG 2.4.1).
  • Page region markup: The main content is not marked up as a dedicated page region (“main”), which makes orientation with assistive technologies more difficult (WCAG 1.3.1).
  • Heading hierarchy: On individual pages, in particular the home page, introductory lines are marked up as headings for design reasons and levels are skipped. As a result, the structure is not consistently logical for screen readers (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6).
  • Automatically moving content: The animated figures for investment volume, residential units acquired and employees on the home page start automatically and cannot be paused or hidden (WCAG 2.2.2).
  • Colour contrast: For body text in our grey tone and for buttons and icons in our accent brown, the required contrast ratio of 4.5:1 or 3:1 respectively is not consistently achieved (WCAG 1.4.3, 1.4.11).
  • Keyboard operation and focus: The collapsible menu, the “Company” sub-menu and individual controls are only partially reachable by keyboard. The focus indicator is not clearly visible in all places (WCAG 2.1.1, 2.4.7).
  • Alternative text: Individual graphics are embedded without meaningful alternative text (WCAG 1.1.1).
  • Forms: Mandatory fields are currently only indicated visually by an asterisk and are not marked up programmatically. The multi-step property acquisition form does not reliably communicate error messages, step changes and status updates to assistive technologies in all cases (WCAG 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 4.1.3).
  • Third-party content and links: We cannot guarantee the accessibility of embedded third-party content or of linked external services.
  • Easy-to-read language and German Sign Language: Information in easy-to-read language and content in German Sign Language are currently not available.

Planned measures

We are working to remove the barriers listed above step by step. In particular, we plan to add a skip link to the main content, mark up the page regions, correct the heading structure, provide an option to pause or reduce the animated figures, improve colour contrast and focus indicators, add missing alternative text, and revise our forms so that they are accessible. Accessibility requirements are taken into account with every technical and editorial development of this website.

Alternative means of access

Should any content or functions of this website not be accessible to you, we will gladly provide the information you need by other means – by telephone, in writing or in a personal conversation. This applies in particular to details of our acquisition profile, to the submission of property offers and to general enquiries. You can also send us your property offer at any time by telephone on +49 30 220 124 124 or by email to berlin@rosenbaum-group.de – using the multi-step online form is not necessary.
