R & R Holding GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We process your personal data in order to make our website available to you, to process your contact requests, to provide you with real estate or, if you wish, to put you in touch with real estate loan brokers and to provide you with information, e.g. B. to send to our products. We only do this for the respective purpose and only to the extent permitted by law, either on the basis of your consent, to fulfill the contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g. when making our website available).

The following information explains to you, our customers and interested parties, how we, R & R Holding GmbH, process your personal data. You will find out for what purposes and on what legal basis we process your personal data, how long we store it and what rights you have in relation to your data. We also inform you about who we share your data with and how you can contact us if you have any questions.

“Personal Data” as used in this Privacy Policy is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. How do we process personal data and from which sources does it come?

We process personal data that we receive from you and also data that we legitimately receive from publicly accessible sources (e.g. land registers), insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our service. In addition, for the purpose of providing our service, we receive personal data from contractual partners known to you, e.g. e.g. tipsters or lead cooperation partners (e.g. comparison portals you use, information pages on construction financing or real estate exchanges).

Specifically, we process the following personal data for the following purposes:

a. When visiting our website

We use so-called cookies and similar technologies on our website at to track your usage behavior. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

We process this personal data on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (balancing of interests) because we have an interest in making the website available in a functional and secure manner. This also corresponds to your interests in being able to use the site optimally, so that your interests do not conflict with the processing.

We delete your usage data when they are no longer required for IT security purposes. In addition, we only store your usage data to meet any statutory retention periods.

Of course you can visit our website without personal data being collected or stored. R & R  Holding GmbH only collects general data on the use of the website: for example the Internet provider and browser used, when and via which page the visitors reach us and which pages they visit with us how long watched. If you contact us, request a real estate offer, arrange a callback or a consultation appointment with us or contact us with general questions, we process information/documents about you, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, voluntarily transmitted creditworthiness information and the content of your request.

We process your personal data in the case of inquiries about viewing or consultation appointments and requests to be called back to arrange such appointments on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) in preparation for a contractual relationship with you.

In the case of general inquiries that you do not send in preparation for a contractual relationship with us, we process this personal data on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit , to get an answer corresponds to.

We process the data received to contact you only until we have finally answered your request. In addition, we only store this data to fulfill any statutory retention requirements or until any related legal claims have become statute-barred. As part of our services, we process the information that you provide us with: Personal details/documents such as e.g. B. Name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, marital status, dates of birth, occupation, personal assets and liabilities, bank details, income and expenses.

We process this data on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) in order to be able to advise you on the purchase of real estate and, if necessary, to be able to arrange a loan agreement with a lender.

Please do not provide us with any further personal data that goes beyond what is necessary. Otherwise, we only process this data on the basis of your prior consent, which - unless otherwise stated - is that you send us the relevant information. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

We only process your personal data for this purpose for as long as we need it to fulfill and process the contract. In addition, we only store your data to fulfill any statutory retention requirements or until any related legal claims have become statute-barred. We process this personal data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which we obtain separately and expressly. We do this to provide the information services you request and to ask for your opinion and/or help with product development. You can revoke this consent at any time for the future.

We process your personal data for as long as you want to use our info services. If you revoke your consent, we will delete your data provided for the info services immediately after receipt of your revocation. In addition, we only store this data to fulfill any statutory retention requirements.

Existing customers, i.e. those who have a contractual relationship with us, receive information from us about similar products and services from R & R Holding GmbH without having to give their consent. You can object to receiving this information at any time. R & R Holding GmbH processes this data on the basis of a balance of interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). R & R Atlant Holding GmbH is interested in permissible direct marketing to existing customers.


Who gets your data?


Within R & R  Holding GmbH

Within R & R  Holding GmbH, those departments that need your data to fulfill our obligations, e.g. B. Affiliates. This transmission takes place to fulfill the contract (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Our service providers

We transmit personal data to service providers and vicarious agents who support us in the above-mentioned purposes as processors. These are companies in the areas of IT services, logistics, printing services, telecommunications, advice and consulting, as well as sales and marketing.

The transmission takes place on the basis of a balance of interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Our interest here is primarily in using effective and specialized service providers who are strictly subject to our instructions in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Third parties in the context of loan brokerage

We transmit your personal data to third parties outside of R & R  Holding GmbH if this is necessary to arrange a loan brokerage contract or if you have given your consent. Such recipients of personal data are e.g. B

  • Financing brokers with whom R & R  Holding GmbH maintains a contractually regulated business relationship

  • Other payers or payees for accounting purposes; and public bodies and institutions, such as B. Financial authorities, law enforcement authorities in the presence of a legal or official obligation.

  • In addition, we transmit your personal data to authorities, courts or organizations insofar as this is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties.     Is data transferred to a third country or to an international organization?


    There is no data transfer to offices in countries outside the European Union (so-called third countries). An exception to this is data transmission in cases where we use cookies from non-European providers. Here we ensure an appropriate level of data protection through appropriate guarantees, insofar as this is required by law, e.g. B. EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield or BCR certification. 


This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This can primarily be IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website access and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and will follow our instructions in relation to this data.

Conclusion of a contract for order processing

In order to ensure data protection-compliant processing, we have concluded an order processing contract with our hoster.

    You can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. The right to data portability includes the right to transmit the data to another controller; on request, we will - as far as technically possible - transmit data directly to a responsible person named by you or to be named.

    f. Right to object to certain data processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

    In the case of processing of personal data to safeguard legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or in the case of direct advertising, you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.

    In the event of an objection, we must refrain from any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes.

    G. Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law

    You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation.
