The Rosenbaum Group is firmly rooted in many areas of the real estate industry. Our focus is on buying and selling, advising domestic and foreign investors and managing residential real estate in Germany. As the exclusive partner of selected family offices, we support the purchase of real estate through share and asset deals. We proceed discreetly and treat everything as strictly confidential.

We are continuously developing our own real estate portfolio. In addition to Berlin, we are also active as investors in Central Germany and North Rhine-Westphalia. We acquire residential real estate and upgrade the properties from a technical and commercial point of view through targeted asset management and property management measures. Our portfolio currently includes around 33 properties nationwide with over 18,000 m² of rentable space.
